FAQ and Things you're not sure of

Here are some common questions I’ve received, and I’ll answer them honestly in this post rather than in the most “professional” way.

“The plugins are too expensive.”

I understand that as a user, price is always the first thing you consider before buying. Many of my customers had the same concern at first, but after using the plugins, they felt the money was well worth it.

My plugins are carefully designed to deliver top-tier quality. I was truly humbled when some in the community began calling the recent shift in plugin quality the 'Sang Hendrix effect' - which motivates me to maintain this standard every day. Every purchase comes with lifetime free updates, weekly tutorials, and direct, prompt support from me (for nearly 24/7). You’ll never feel abandoned or ignored.

For example, if you buy RPG Maker Action Combat for $39.99, you’ll get lifetime updates and all the benefits mentioned above. That’s a great deal compared to most companies that now use subscription models. I stick with this approach partly because I enjoy doing it (70%) and partly because I need a small fee to keep things running (30%). Think of it this way: you’re buying a plugin to use for many years. When you spread the cost over that time, I hope you won’t find it expensive.

“I don't know how to use this plugin.”

All my plugins are made for RPG Maker users. Of course, everyone’s skill level is different. If you’re new to the engine and don’t know how to install or use a plugin, join my Discord channel and I’ll help you. Just note that I can only guide you on using the plugin itself - learning RPG Maker as a whole is something you’ll need to tackle yourself.

“Why should I choose your plugins?”

That's entirely up to you, but if you choose my plugins, I hope it's because of their quality. I treat each plugin like my own child, crafted to make your game look and feel more polished with minimal extra effort.

“Where can I watch tutorials for your plugins?”

You can find them on the itch.io page of the plugin you’re using, or on my YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@SangHendrix
